Colgate Zig Zag Medium Toothbrush – (1PC, PACK OF 6)

Colgate Zig Zag, one of India’s leading toothbrush brands, is now equipped with 100% Anti-Bacterial bristles, transforming into Colgate Zig Zag Anti-Bacterial. Infused with Silver Ions, these unique bristles inhibit bacteria build up on the bristle surface. Silver Ions (Ag+) attach themselves to the cell membrane on the surface of the Anti Bacterial product. Incoming Cell’s protein wrapped bacteria will be destroyed on contact with the metal ion. Destroyed bacteria becomes extinct when it comes in contact with air keeping the surface bacteria free. Inside the mouth, Zig Zag’s multi-angled bristles remove germs in between teeth. In addition, ZZ comes with a soft tongue cleaner that gently removes odour causing germs for a fresher breath. Its flexible handle reduces pressure on and softly massages gums. Verylocals Shipping Policy

Manage and process your orders through Verylocals Store Manager
Log on to the Verylocals Store Manager and accept your order. Once done, you will have to download and print the Label and Manifest.

Pack your product and keep it ready for pickup
Pack the product properly in plain packaging material with your branding. Verylocals does not provide any packaging material. Please ensure that the product is properly packed and paste the label on the packaging.

Hand over the product to Verylocals Delivery Partner (If Chosen Verylocals Delivery) and Our logistics partner will pick up the order from your pickup address and deliver it directly to the customer.
or Ship the product directly to your customer and Let us know the Details pertaining to it. 

Shipping Timeline - 
The orders must be shipped within 1-2 days from the date of receiving the order within the agreed time provided by you (also known as Verylocals Service Level Agreement or SLA). You can check the status of your order and the days left for dispatch on the Verylocals Store Manager.

Refund Policy

Verylocals offers a very supple Return & Exchange policy. If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our Store Manager itself. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:  
  • Product must to be in original & unused state
  • Request must to be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order

Attn : We do not offer returns on bulk orders.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Customers can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery and the shipments which weren’t delivered to the customer get converted to an RTO (Return to Origin).

Verylocals gives their sellers all the information they need to manage their customer returns or RTOs along with details on charges levied for each return/RTO. We have best-in-systems and  tools to help our sellers track and manage their returns, get order or product level data as well as detailed shipping tracking, payment and order history.

Return Shipping Fee
  • If your customer returns a product, then the seller is charged a return shipping fee based on the weight of the shipment.
  • If an order is not delivered to a customer and gets converted to an RTO , the seller will not be charged any additional fee for shipping.
  • All return & RTO related charges can be tracked & managed using different tools that are provided to Verylocals Sellers.
  • Please note that for some exceptional cases, the return shipping fees can be waived.
