We ship to all over India. All orders are shipped with India Post tracking number. Always free shipping for orders over ₹1499. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

Verylocals.in will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 10 days of the date of purchase (7 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase. No Returns and Refunds on Consumables and Hygiene Products (Lingerie, Food Products etc) Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

Shipping Policy

Verylocals Shipping Policy

Manage and process your orders through Verylocals Store Manager

Log on to the Verylocals Store Manager and accept your order. Once done, you will have to download and print the Label and Manifest.

Pack your product and keep it ready for pickup

Pack the product properly in plain packaging material with your branding. Verylocals does not provide any packaging material. Please ensure that the product is properly packed and paste the label on the packaging.

Hand over the product to Verylocals Delivery Partner (If Chosen Verylocals Delivery) and Our logistics partner will pick up the order from your pickup address and deliver it directly to the customer.

Shipping Timeline -

The orders must be shipped within 1-2 days from the date of receiving the order within the agreed time provided by you (also known as Verylocals Service Level Agreement or SLA). You can check the status of your order and the days left for dispatch on the Verylocals Store Manager.

Refund Policy

Verylocals offers a very supple Return & Exchange policy. If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our Store Manager itself. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:

Product must to be in original & unused state
Request must to be raised within 7 days of delivery
We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order

Attn : We do not offer returns on bulk orders.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Customers can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery and the shipments which weren’t delivered to the customer get converted to an RTO (Return to Origin).

Verylocals gives their sellers all the information they need to manage their customer returns or RTOs along with details on charges levied for each return/RTO. We have best-in-systems and tools to help our sellers track and manage their returns, get order or product level data as well as detailed shipping tracking, payment and order history.

Return Shipping Fee

If your customer returns a product, then the seller is charged a return shipping fee based on the weight of the shipment.
If an order is not delivered to a customer and gets converted to an RTO , the seller will not be charged any additional fee for shipping.
All return & RTO related charges can be tracked & managed using different tools that are provided to Verylocals Sellers.
Please note that for some exceptional cases, the return shipping fees can be waived.
